What is the best way to buy window coverings from you?

Window Designs by Diane, LLC recommends you contact us to schedule a complimentary, in-home consultation so you can see the sample right in your home. If you haven’t purchased window treatments for a while, you’ll probably be surprised by the variety of products available. But we make it very easy and stress free to find the perfect covering for each window.

What happens at the in-home consultation?

We come to your home at a time convenient for you. We will ask you questions about your lifestyle, how you use the room, and what your needs are for each window. Think privacy, light control, or remote control!

Custom Fabric Drapery, Valances and Cornices - We will bring fabric and trim sampling so we can match the colors, textures and finishes that complement the design of the room.

When you have made your selections, we will measure your windows and quote a price. In most cases we can quote a price for shades and blinds during our first visit. Custom drapery quotes will take a few days to receive.

You will have peace of mind that you’ve selected the most fitting products for your situation, have chosen colors and styles that complement your décor, and that your products are measured and installed for optimal performance and beauty.

HOW SOON WILL MY WINDOW TREATMENTS COME AFTER I ORDER THEM?

That depends on what products you order. All of our products are custom made to your exact specifications, and some take longer than others to produce and ship to us.

Most blinds and shades will take approximately 4-5 weeks to receive once ordered. Shutters may take about 5-8 weeks. Custom drapery, valances, cornices take approximately 6-7 weeks.

Once you place your order, Window Designs by Diane, LLC will keep you in the loop every step of the way so you know what to expect about the installation date.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY WINDOW TREATMENTS?

We require a 75% deposit on all custom-made window treatments at the time you place your order. The balance is due the day we install. We accept cash, check, quick pay - zelle, venmo, and all major credit cards.

DO YOUR WINDOW TREATMENT PRODUCTS HAVE A GUARANTEE?

Yes. We work exclusively with trusted brands. If you have any concerns with your new window coverings, give us a call and we will take care of it. All of our products carry a limited, lifetime warranty.

If a visit by an installer is needed to your home to correct a product issue, and it is within one year of installation, we will have an installer come and fix the problem at no charge to you. After that time, a small service charge will be applied.

We want you to be completely satisfied. We stand by everything we do!
